It takes a lot of doin
To unravel past mistakes,
To learn that in a marriage
We must give more than we take.
When the sunshine of marriage
Runs into stormy weather,
It's hard to brave the gale alone,
It's easier together.
Each time the lightning rends the sky
And thunder rolls above,
It's natural for we humans
To reach for arms of love.
I'm glad that in your reaching
You reached for one another;
And to the loving arms of God
Who's closer than a brother.
For when your hands reach up to God
He reaches down to you,
And thus He performs the impossible
And makes your dreams comes true.
Your Marriage is becoming a garden
Closely viewed throgh God's eyes
As a frutitful thing of beauty
That resembles paradise.
